San Jose 4/18/18, Cupertino 4/23/18
This week for our fine motor task we made Hair Cutting Stick Puppets. These were so fun! The kids had up to 6 puppets they could make from silly faces with lots of hair. They chose which ones to color and cut out, then they could give them any kind of haircut they wanted, and attach them to a craft stick to make a puppet. Some kids made all 6 puppets! So of course, I had to allow a little time for a puppet show!!
Today was also fun because we learned our last two lowercase letters – x and z. Next week we will begin our numbers, just in time to finish them by the end of the year!
