About Betsy
This is my 7th year homeschooling my own children (now ages 12, 14, and 16). We have been part of the A-Team community for several years as students and parents. In college, I studied music and pre-med. I also have a masters in public policy. I taught elementary school for 7 years (which included teaching music and conducting an after-school chorus) and later worked as a policy research analyst for several years. I am excited to introduce other students to the games and activities that were favorites of my elementary students as well as my own family. In my free time, I love reading and discussing books, hiking, biking, playing and singing music, and helping my kids with their math homework.
