About Elizabeth
Mrs. Elizabeth Jones is a native of Glen Ellyn, Illinois. She fell in love with music at the age of 8 when she began piano lessons. As she continued her piano studies, she joined the world of band in 5th grade by learning to play the flute. Furthering her band studies, she began learning percussion in 8th grade which spanned through college. She continued her study of music at the college level where she pursued a degree in music education. She has taught 2 years of general music, 5 years of beginning band, and has taught over 15 years of private and group piano lessons. When Mrs. Jones isn’t teaching or playing music she loves to run, bake sweet treats, travel to new places, and most of all, spend time with her two young boys and husband of 14 years.
